Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $ 5.99 and orders over $ 100 will be delivered for free. 

Shipment Methods uses various courier providers depending on the area where the shipment supposed to be delivered. The courier we use for delivery are: – 

  • FedEx 
  • UPS 
  • USPS 

Note: Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United States of America. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fee for such reimbursement.

 Conditions for Returns 

In order for the Goods to be eligible to return, please make sure that: 

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days 
  • The Goods are in the original packaging 

The following Goods cannot be returned: 

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specification or clearly personalized 
  • The supply Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
  • The supply of Goods is not suitable for the return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery. 
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return condition in our sole direction. 

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. 

Returned Goods 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the sending address provided on the parcel. 

We cannot be held responsible for the Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend insured and trackable mail services. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the Good or proof of received return delivery.

Return Request  

If you don’t need or want the textbook you rented, you can return it within 5 days of your original order date for a full refund.  

  • Click the button below to print your prepaid return label. You may need to log in if you haven’t already done so. 
  • Pack your books securely in any type of box, and then tape the return label to the box.  
  • Drop off the box at the shipping carrier mentioned on your label. 

What to expect after you drop off your package:  

  • It can take up to two weeks to process your books once you drop them off at the shipping carrier.   
  • We’ll email you once we’ve received your package. You will then receive an additional email for each book as it’s checked in.  
  • Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days from the time your book is checked back into our warehouse. You will receive an email when your refund is processed. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
 Replacement Policy 

You can exchange or replace an item through Your Orders if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria. 

You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the returned item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the returned item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below. 

 Delivery Process 

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost. 

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order. 

The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is in your order confirmation email. 

 Payment Methods 

Currency of Preference on Shopping allows you to shop in over USD and pay for qualifying purchases in local currency with an eligible  American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit or debit card. allows you to shop in over USD ONLY. Currency of Preference is a display-only feature and allows you to see prices displayed in your preferred currency. You can update your Currency of Preference by changing from USD (default currency) to your preferred currency on the currency settings page. Once you are ready to purchase your item, at checkout, an ‘Order Total’ will display the total price of the order in the default currency. For payment, a ‘Payment Total’ will display the amount your payment method will be charged in.
