To register your account, you should visit my account page and fill the form if you want to shop or click the button become a vendor below registration form if you want to sale.

To delete your account, click on settings on your dashboard. Then select select user setting and then delete account.

The store name should be written with no space in it. for example “mystore” or you can put a character in the middle of the store name as space for example “my_store”, and if you dont have a store name, you can write your full name without space in the middle.

First you need to have a vendor/seller account on triobook.com. If you don’t have an account, then register a new account by clicking my account  at the upper – right corner then click become a vendor. But if you have then go to your dashboard and click product then add new.

Your account will be active within 24 hours after been approved and set up 

After registering your vendor account you will receive a verification email from our support team within 24 hours which will notify you if your account is approved.

To get your refund might take up to 2 weeks after the refund has been issued.

All orders are processed within 2-5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the book to Us. You should send the Goods to the sending address provided on the parcel. 

We cannot be held responsible for the book damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend insured and trackable mail services. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the book or proof of received return delivery. 

You can exchange or replace an item through Your Orders if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria. 

You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the returned item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the returned item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria.
